Using this site

urbanwearconcept.net is provided as general information about our studio and services. Prices shown are indicative starting points; your written quote is the number that counts. We may update the site and these terms at any time, with the current version always dated at the top of this page.

Quotes and pricing

Every job starts with a written quote you approve before work begins. Once approved, that price does not change. If we discover something unexpected mid-job, we absorb it or stop and call you first.

Deposits and payment

Alterations, repairs, styling and print work are paid on pickup. Bespoke, made-to-measure and production runs take a 50% deposit to schedule, with the balance on final approval. We accept card, transfer and cash. Payment plans for large commissions can be discussed.

Your garments and patterns

Items you leave with us are insured while in the studio and stored securely. Patterns drafted for your commissions are your property; we keep physical copies on file for your convenience and hand them over on request.

Timelines

Turnaround estimates are honest estimates, not guarantees. If your job has a hard deadline, tell us upfront and we will either commit to it in writing or decline the job.

Intellectual property

Site content, photography and our brand assets belong to Urban Wear Concept Pty Ltd. Artwork you supply for printing or embroidery stays yours; by supplying it you confirm you have the rights to use it.

Disputes

Talk to us first, almost everything gets fixed at the bench. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
