Contact the studioThe short version
If work we did is not right, we fix it at our cost. If it genuinely cannot be fixed, you do not pay for that work. Simple, and it has been the rule since the garage days.
Alterations and repairs
Free rework within 30 days of pickup if the alteration or repair itself is at fault. Normal wear, new damage or a change of mind about the style are not covered, but we will always give you an honest answer at the bench.
Bespoke and made-to-measure
Fit adjustments are free for twelve months after handover. If the finished garment does not match the approved fitting, we remake or refund the affected work. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before fabric is cut; after cutting, the deposit covers work completed.
Printing and embroidery
We remake any piece where the print or stitching differs from the approved proof. Errors on our side are remade free. Errors in supplied artwork that were visible on the approved proof sit with you, though we will always try to save the piece first.
Production runs
Units that fail to match the approved sample are remade at our cost before dispatch. You only ever pay for units that pass QC. Once a run is approved and shipped, remakes are covered for defects, not for a change in your sales plans.
Ready-made pieces
Items bought off the studio rack can be returned unworn within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Sale and one-off pieces are exchange only, and the tag will say so.
How to claim
Bring the item in or email urbanwearconcept@gmail.com with photos. Most claims are sorted on the spot. This policy sits alongside, not instead of, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
