• Lawful basis. We process your contact details only to respond to your enquiry or booking, which is our legitimate interest. The dispatch list runs on your consent.
• Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data are all available on request, free of charge.
• Data location. Data is processed in Australia. By contacting us you consent to that transfer; we apply the same care regardless of where the data sits.
• Retention. Enquiry data is kept only as long as the conversation needs. Client files stay while you are a client.
• Complaints. You can complain to your local supervisory authority, though we would appreciate the chance to fix things directly first.
