Production sized for real brands
Most factories will not look at you under 500 units. We built our production service for the other end: labels doing their first drop, creators testing an idea, and established brands who want a local run without the shipping container.
The service covers pattern work, grading across sizes, cutting, sewing, finishing, labels and tags. You bring the design, a tech pack if you have one, or just a detailed sketch and strong opinions. We have started from less.
Fabric can come from our wall or your supplier. If you are unsure, we source Australian-milled options and send swatches before anything gets cut.

Per-unit cost drops hard past fifty units. Print and embroidery decoration can be added to any run at production rates.
We only take two production clients at a time. The wait list is honest, usually three to five weeks, and we will not take your deposit until your slot opens.

Tech pack
We formalise measurements, fabric, trims and finishes into a working document, or tidy the one you brought.
Sample
One unit made first. You try it, wear it, wash it, and approve or correct before production.
Grading
The approved sample gets graded across your size range.
Cutting
Fabric is laid, cut and bundled by size and colour.
Sewing & finishing
The run moves through the machines, then threads, labels and tags go on.
QC & dispatch
Every single unit gets checked against the approved sample, then folded, bagged and shipped or picked up.

Production uses every pair of hands: Priya on patterns and grading, Tom on the machines, Gus on any decoration, Dan on QC. Your run does not share the bench with strangers' repairs while it is live.
