Who we are

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form we get your name, email, phone (if you add it) and your message. If you subscribe to the dispatch we get your email. That is genuinely all we ask for.

Like most sites, our hosting logs standard technical data: browser type, pages visited, rough location. We use it to know which pages people actually read and nothing more.

What we use it for

  • Replying to your enquiry or booking
  • Sending the monthly dispatch if you subscribed
  • Keeping a client file for fittings and repeat work, if you become a client

We do not run ads, we do not retarget, and we do not sell or trade your details with anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in the inbox. Client measurement files stay on the studio shelf for as long as you are a client, since that is the point of keeping a pattern on file. Ask us to delete your file and it is gone within a week.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time. Email urbanwearconcept@gmail.com and we will action it within seven days. Australian Privacy Principles apply to us under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

No. Your details go to the person answering your message and nobody else. The only exception would be a legal obligation, and that has never come up.

Yes. Ask in person, by phone or by email and the file comes off the shelf within a week. It does mean a future commission starts from scratch.
